Line Chef

If you work well in a team, have experience working in a bustling kitchen and have a great knowledge and love of the craft then this position could be for you!
Retreat Adlington is located in a beautifully converted Church with a spacious yet cosy atmosphere. We're renowned in the area for our customer service, delicious cocktails, but mainly, our incredible food.
You will work alongside chefs who have more than 50+ years experience combined, and who will work with, and encouraged you to refine your skills and get creative in the kitchen!

Cocktail Bartender

If you're passionate, hard-working, and love working as part of a team, we would love to welcome you to the Retreat Bolton bar team!
You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have good communication skills. Exciting job perks included, and full training will be given.
Experience is desired, but not essential for this role.

Assistant Manager

Bolton

Retreat Bolton are looking to hire an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a relatively large and busy restaurant, as a Supervisor/Assistant Manager/General Manager.
We have recently expanded our restaurant space, to accommodate more than 300 covers, 7 sections and 2 bars. We have a beautiful restaurant area, alongside three, large, fully covered and heated outdoor areas that are often used for private functions, parties, weddings etc.

This role would include:

  • Supervising employees

  • Managing online and phone bookings

  • Finalising rotas

  • Assisting with any complaints or issues

  • Motivating and managing the team
